I'm a Computer Science student at the University of Louisiana at Monroe (Class of 2026) with a passion for software development and community building. Currently, I'm working as a Software Intern at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL), where I'm contributing to cutting-edge research in supercomputing and containerization.
My work at ORNL includes developing the ssd_emu project - a simulation software that helps beginners understand supercomputer architecture, job submission, and queue systems used in HPC environments. I'm also working with Apptainer and Podman for containerization solutions across OLCF systems including Frontier, Summit, and Crusher.
Beyond my technical work, I'm passionate about community engagement. I served as President of the Google Developer Student Club at ULM, leading initiatives that fostered a community of developers and facilitated learning opportunities with partners including Google, Lumen, IBM, and DXC Interns.
